Welding together, and cooling forming, back to the original position (upper and lower die separated, can take out the welded workpiece). In the early automotive industry, these welding equipments were widely used, but with the continuous improvement of the structure, shape and service life of the parts themselves, the requirements for their processing equipments became higher and higher. Because the size of the equipments limited the size of the welded parts, the design of the welding equipments should be based on the size of the parts. Device driving method. First of all, parts have large heating area and large deion. Other welding processes distinguish polarity from non-polarity of welding plastics, which leads to the gradual substitution of ultrasonic welding and laser welding for hot plate welding.
