Hot plate welding equipment can control the horizontal or vertical movement of hot plate welding die. The transmission system is driven by pneumatic, hydraulic or servo motor. The advantage of hot plate welding technology is that it can be applied to workpieces of different sizes without area limitation. It can be applied to any welding surface. It allows plastic allowance compensation and ensures welding strength. The processing period of hot plate welding machine can be generally divided into: original orientation (hot plate and upper and lower dies do not move), heating period (hot plate moves upward, between lower and upper dies, hot plate thermodynamically dissolves the welding surface of upper and lower workpieces), transfer period (upper and lower dies return to original orientation, hot plate withdraws), welding and cooling period (joint of upper and lower dies to make workpieces). Welding together, and cooling forming, back to the original position (upper and lower die separated, can take out the welded workpiece). In the early automotive industry, these welding equipments were widely used, but with the continuous improvement of the structure, shape and service life of the parts themselves, the requirements for their processing equipments became higher and higher. Because the size of the equipments limited the size of the welded parts, the design of the welding equipments should be based on the size of the parts. Device driving method.
